PRICING

Staging costs start at $1500 for a partial stage
This cost includes:

  • Design: selection and installation
  • Moving: delivery, installation, and pick-up
  • Rental: first month's furniture rental fee

Costs for staging a home varies based on:

  • Square footage
  • Number and type of rooms
  • Access and location
  • Price of home
  • Special conditions

INITIAL CONSULTATION

Consultations take an hour or less and result in a staging proposal.

We will walk through your house with you and discuss each room, making recommendations and answering your questions. The demographics of the neighborhood and the target buyers are considered in choosing the style and usage of rooms. We'll prioritize the cost-effectiveness of the areas to be staged, perhaps specifying optional staging for some rooms.

We will then send you a written proposal and a copy of our contract to review.
